enjoy the natural breeze even though the whole unit is fully airconditioned. Not many apartments or condominiums
can boast of two fairly large sized balconies. One balcony is accesible through the living room and the other
is attached to the second bedroom. Both balconies have a lovely view of the swimming pool.
It is also conveniently located with easy access to public transportation, the wet market, hair salon, convenience store,
pharmacy, local dining and banking. All these are within less than 10 mins walk away. If you like the beach, it is also
within 5-8 mins walk.
The apartment is tastefully decorated, fully furnished and can accomodate up to 6 people maximum.
